1. Age Requirement
Minimum 21 age for A, B, C categories & 25 for the rest.

2. Acceptable Charge Cards
Ansa International accepts Visa Card and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Card

3. Credit Card/Deposits, Debit Cards, Cash Cards
Those types of credit cards usually need a pin and accepted only from our office in Corfu Port.

4. Personal Checks
Are not accepted as credit identification for rental commencement.

5. Driver’s License
Drivers must have a valid license held for at least one year. An International Driving License (IDL) is required by Greek Law for all drivers that are not citizens of the European Community. As well as for holders of a Driving License that is not legible in English.

6. Additional Driver/s
The minimum age and driver’s license requirements for the renter, also apply to the additional driver. For every additional driver a 3.00 Euro daily fee applies. All additional driver/s should be mentioned in the begging of rental period. All accepted additional drivers will be covered under the insurance coverage. The insurance covers maximum 4 drivers per car.

7. Traffic Fines and Administrative Sanctions
Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renter’s responsibility. If any such tickets and administrative sanctions are not disclosed to Ansa International at the end of the rental period the violation will be registered in the renter’s name and the Greek Government will request the renter’s details, the traffic fine will be sent by post to the provided address. The envelope cost 20,00euro including V.AT.

8. Gas Charges
Gasoline consumed is payable by the renter. May we suggest all rentals be returned with the same tank of fuel in order to simplify the return process of the vehicle. The renter will not get a refund at the delivery time, in case the level of the tank is higher than the one he/she receives it with.

9. Taxes
All rates listed in our website include 19% Value Added Tax. Ansa International does not charge or include the airport tax in the rental rate for rentals commencing from the airport to the total amount.

10. Baby seats
There are 2 types: Baby seats are available for children of 9 months to 4 years old and 9-18 kilos. Booster seats for toddlers are available for 4-11 years old and 15-36 kg, with a daily charge of 3.00 Euro per seat.

11. Delivery and Collection 
Free of charge at Ansa International headquarters in Corfu Port, Corfu Airport, and Hotels that are 8kilometers away from Corfu Port. Beyond the distance of 8kilometrs will be a charge. For example, customer can collect the car at Corfu Airport and deliver the car at the Hotel. At the collection the customer needs to have a) voucher b) driver license of each driver c) passport d) credit card.

12. After-hour cost
Delivery and collection charges apply for hours 21:00p.m. till 08.00a.m.. The surcharge is 25.00 Euro.

13. Different Delivery-Collection
We do provide pick-up in Corfu Island and drop off in Athens as an example. An advance authorization from Ansa International Corfu is required. You may ask for the document when you make your reservation. And you will receive the document at the time of delivery. In that case rental cost differs and pay locally.

14. Over the Boarder Travel
Ansa International does not offer a one-way rental program between European countries. It is strictly forbidden to travel outside Greek borders with an Ansa international vehicle.

15. Availability
Car models are according to original planning. Collection problems however may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Insurance types included

CDW (Collision Damage Cover)
Collision Damage Cover covers accident damages to Ansa International vehicle. A fixed excess amount may be applied.
TP (Theft Protection)
Theft protection covers financial consequences of theft of the vehicle or parts thereof during the rental period.
FP (Fire Protection)

Fire insurance covers financial consequences of fire of vehicle during the rental period.

Insurance types not included (with an extra cost) 

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance)
PAI covers all passengers including the driver in case of disability or death as a consequence of an accident up to certain amounts.

FDW (Full Damage Waiver)
FDW allows the renter to reduce his excess amount to a minimum amount.

Tires Insurance
Tire Insurance allows the renter to cover the 4 wheels of the car in case of a flat tire.

Accident

• In case of car accident renter has to contact immediately Ansa International, and police. It is necessary to show to the police the driver licence, passport, contract, insurance copy, the last two papers will be provided by the Company.
   

• The renter is fully responsible for any damage may occur to a car of Ansa International. In case there is no report to the police or the car was driven by another driver that is not covered by the contract or any carelessness or any recklessness by the driver/renter.
